Trying to stay positive in everything that comes my way have kept me moving forward. I’m always trying out new things to keep me and my thoughts on the right path. I do have my bad days but I have so many things going on that keeps me happy and content.
It’s not easy staying positive when you have many obstacles in the way. My advice is to work through them and focus on things you can change and continue to add more positive changes to that.

Everyday I have been doing things to reach my goal. What has been hard for me is to not take on too many different things and projects at once. Yes I multitask, and eventually gets everything done, but after having anxiety and stress kick in.
So now I take the time to write things out and plan them, so that I can not lose my focus on getting the most important things done first. This also helps me to remember those details that I might miss in between. I deal with my stress and anxiety by journaling and writing. Life can get busy for us and we forget to focus on ourselves also. So take time to slow down at times. Take some time out for yourself and avoid stressful situations as much as you can….Listening to:
Sometimes all you have to do is to relax and remind yourself that you’re doing all that you can and that everything is going to turn out alright.
For the past two months I have been really busy with work and getting prepared for Spring semester in college. That’s besides my kids with their needs and extra activities. I have several new things that I’m going to venture into. This year I decided I want to make some upgraded changes in my life. So I am claiming that 2016 will be a good year for me and family! This was a good read by J. Johnson. I have been going through a lot of stressful things that is a lot to deal with but what I do to help myself is I pray and meditate. Blogging helps me as well. Staying involved in positive things I enjoy doing. These are different ways that do work for me.

So, make it a point to have some points of relaxation throughout the daily grind. If your office allows you to do so, take naps from 20 to 30 minutes at a time, or take a break for a few minutes out of every hour to refresh your brain, and to optimize your brain to better handle stress and pressure”
