Hi! I have been away from here for a little while busy with school work and a lot of things, but I wanted to get caught up here. I have a lot of new things to share. Today is a good read by J.Johnson that I’m sharing with you today. I hope you enjoy!
In order to make the best out of things we have to be willing to fight for our best life in each day. We must be willing to give ourselves the best chance at greatness possible, and this can only be done if our vices have a minimal effect on our lives. There will always be things in our life that need to be conquered, as no one is perfect, but we should never let these things conquer us because if they do, you will not be the best you can be.
We must also be willing to keep as much peace with the people around us as possible. Not only should we keep peace, but a lot of times we will have to be an example of how a person is really strong because they never let anyone take their peace from them.
Doing these things on a continuous basis will help to make us the best people that we may possibly become by our life’s end.

This was a good read by J. Johnson. I have been going through a lot of stressful things that is a lot to deal with but what I do to help myself is I pray and meditate. Blogging helps me as well. Staying involved in positive things I enjoy doing. These are different ways that do work for me.
“Did you know that stress is the leading cause to more than half of the illnesses many of us are plagued with around the world that are life threatening? There are many causes to stressors in our every day lives, and one of the most common places that we stress in is our own work place.
Especially in times such as these, when many are unsure of their next move, and have to be extra careful about every decision made so that they will continue in good standing with their jobs, the pressures at work seem very substantial.
So, make it a point to have some points of relaxation throughout the daily grind. If your office allows you to do so, take naps from 20 to 30 minutes at a time, or take a break for a few minutes out of every hour to refresh your brain, and to optimize your brain to better handle stress and pressure”
I’ve been away from here for over a few days preparing to take state boards soon. I have my test date and I’m praying all goes well with this. Thanks for stopping by Nhcouture❤️💋

“When you find peace within yourself you become the kind of person who can live at peace with others.”
I love being calm and at peace with things in my life. It helps me to think and see what’s needs to be done more clearly. Also it changes how others view me while I handle things.
I love this quote by: Glen Rambharack. It reminds me of where I’m at and how far I have come. This is so true.
“Mistakes are okay; they are our stepping stones of progress. If we are not failing from time to time, we are not trying hard enough and we are not learning. We have to take risks, stumble, fall, and then get up and try again. Appreciate that we are pushing our self, learning, growing and improving. One of the mistakes we fear might just be the link to our greatest achievement yet !!”
Sometimes the most important lessons are the ones we end up learning the hard way.
Have you ever made a decision even though everything inside of you was telling you not to? We all have, and at some points in our lives, we have to be willing to learn the hard way. When we are young we learn things the hard way by have to replace things like bikes we could have saved if we just placed it up properly when we were finished using it.
Just as we must be willing to learn from our mistakes as children, we must also do the same in our adult lives. No one is perfect, and no one will ever make all of the right decisions, but if a person is willing to learn from the bad decisions they have made, and learn from the bad decisions of others, then more than likely, this person will see abundant success in their lives. Not everything has to be learned the hard way, but when do overcome the hard parts of life, be sure to learn from them.
