Your time is limited, so don’t waste it living someone else’s life. Don’t be trapped by dogma, which is living with the results of other people’s thinking. Don’t let the noise of others’ opinions drown out your own inner voice. And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition.…Steve Jobs
I haven’t signed on here in a while…Life has just become more busy outside of here. But I plan to write more and get back to blogging more. Life is short so take some time out for yourself and use it wisely.

Every new challenge you face in life is a blessing in disguise as overcoming every challenge makes you wiser and stronger.
I have been away from here for a little while. I have been very busy with college and work. I have also been working on some new ideas for nhcouture and to finally open my boutique. I will be sharing them here soon.

Funny how life goes on but leaves those marks on our lives. This time of reflection certainly brings the happiest memories with a dash of sadness.
I spent my morning listening and watching some old school videos from the 90’s. As I listened it brought me back to some of the most happiest times in my life. I was enjoying my last couple years in high school with my close friends, partying, going out to eat and meeting new people, and also we all had good grades in school. I was preparing to go off to college, making our visits to different colleges. Boy did we have some fun times that makes me smile.
The 90’s is also brought some of happiest moments after high school I had my first born daughter. We would go to my older cousins baseball games at the park, have family picnics, family gatherings where we would eat and watch Video Soul and movies.
I could go on and on with all these great memories here. I have so many funny stories that makes me smile and laugh. I share them with my kids.

When you learn to give yourself a break and feel okay about not being able to live up to impossible standards, then you can begin to get the worry-free rest your mind and body so badly need.
A big reminder that I needed to hear! Trying to do to much at once. I’m always busy and so used to juggling many different things. Until a good friend of mines had a long talk with me and told that I needed to slow down. So I have made a list of goals that I’m working on and also giving myself some time to relax. My body is thanking me and I’m sharing with you!
Thanks for stopping by!
