“One great source of motivation is Inspiration. Be inspired and inspire others to stay motivated. Listen, read and speak words of encouragement to yourselves and others always.”
Listening to: Vertical Hold
Instead of always looking for someones faults and pointing them out why not encourage them by letting them know of all the positive things that you see within them. There’s always some good with the bad If you continue to always focus on the faults of another sooner or later you will lose that person….be it a friend or family member. People can only take so much of being labeled. Sooner or later they will have had enough! So why not today you try encouraging others rather than putting them down Build them up instead of tearing them down!

Pretty women wonder where my secret lies.
I’m not cute or built to suit a fashion model’s size
But when I start to tell them,
They think I’m telling lies.
It’s in the reach of my arms,
The span of my hips,
The stride of my step,
The curl of my lips.
I’m a woman
I walk into a room
Just as cool as you please,
And to a man,
The fellows stand or
Fall down on their knees.
Then they swarm around me,
A hive of honey bees.
It’s the fire in my eyes,
And the flash of my teeth,
The swing in my waist,
And the joy in my feet.
I’m a woman
Men themselves have wondered
What they see in me.
They try so much
But they can’t touch
My inner mystery.
When I try to show them,
They say they still can’t see.
It’s in the arch of my back,
The sun of my smile,
The ride of my breasts,
The grace of my style.
I’m a woman
Now you understand
Just why my head’s not bowed.
I don’t shout or jump about
Or have to talk real loud.
When you see me passing,
It ought to make you proud.
It’s in the click of my heels,
The bend of my hair,
the palm of my hand,
The need for my care.
’Cause I’m a woman

I received this wonderful email from Mrs. Heather Von St. James. Her touching story brought me to tears and smiles, because God is so good! I couldn’t wait to share this with you all. I Thank You and your family Heather for picking my blog to share your Inspirational story. You are a strong woman……….
The reason I have reached out to you is because of your blog! I am 44 and a mother to a quirky little 7 year old, Lily. She is my only child, and my whole world. When Lily was just 3 1/2 months old, I was diagnosed with mesothelioma; a type of cancer that kills most people within 2 years. As I’m sure you can imagine, the first thing that came to mind when I was diagnosed was my baby girl and how I wasn’t going to be able to watch her grow up.
After intense treatment and recovery, I’m still here 7 years later and cancer free! My journey with cancer was a terrifying one and I’d like to turn my pain into purpose and become someone that other people can look to for guidance, inspiration, and hope in situations like my own. My husband and I recently participated in a short video about my experience with cancer and I contacted you because I feel that your blog would be an excellent place to share. I’m hoping to use this video as a tool to raise awareness of this horrible little known cancer that is such a deadly killer (and sadly, 100% preventable).
I would love it if you would be willing to share my video on your blog with your readers. Here is the link to my video: http://www.mesothelioma.com/heather
Let me know what you think!
Thank you to all the people in my life who inspire me…You make me see the possibilities in life that I may not have seen on my own!
This past Saturday, my kids and I drove to Cal State San Bernardino to watch our aunt receive her Masters Degree in Education. My aunt works as a math teacher at different schools. I was so excited and happy to share this with my kids and family. This was a message to them to go further in your educational goals. My Aunt Fey has 3 kids and began going to college while my cousins were very young. She is my inspiration and I plan to meet up there with my educational goals as well. She has taught me that as long as you put your heart and determination into your goals, God will make a way out of No Way! Thank You Aunt Fey for our conversations and always reaching out to me over the years. Love You So Much….See you at my graduation soon 🙂
Congratulations Aunt Fey!!!!Yayyyy
