My Birthday

Happy Birthday to me!! I am feeling happy, grateful and blessed! My day on was filled with a lot of Calls, texts, social medias BDay wishes. I spent my day inside with lots of food, desserts and movies while talking to my special people in my life. I am looking forward to all of the positive goals that I have set for myself to complete this year. ❤️🎂🥳💃🏽

L.I.C Picnic 2016

For 3 years now, we have been hosting an annual picnic at Alondra Park for our group Lovelies in Cali. I look forward to this time with them. Since it’s on the Labor day holiday weekend, it is a nice way to end the summer. This year we had a lot of good food, desserts with plenty of drinks, and played dominos. We took a lot of pictures, so I’m sharing some of our memories with you all here…Enjoy!

My 3 Year Blogversary!

Jan 6, 2016 makes 3 years for Nhcouture blog! Over this last year I have decided that I want to make some new changes here beginning this year. I have learned a lot of new things in the blogging world. I’ve also had many new changes in my life which have me going towards some new goals. Getting Ready For The Holidays!

Well it’s that time of the year again and my kids are out of school for the whole week! I have some things planned to do with them as well as prepare my menu for Thanksgiving and putting up decorations for Christmas over this weekend! Sharing some of the food I cooked for the holiday! Grand Opening of Nordstrom’s at Del Amo Mall!

Friday morning I decided to make my way over to Del Amo mall to see the grand opening of all of their new stores. Nordstrom’s is one of my favorite stores and others. While walking through the mall I ran into my childhood friend Shoshoni, who I ended up staying with in line with many others while waiting for Nordstrom’s to open up.

They also had a beauty event that was going on earlier so it was pretty packed! The store is very upscale and beautiful! It’s huge! We couldn’t wait to go in to look around and shop. The mall also have many new stores and restaurants opening. To name a few they are Zara, Steve Madden, Lush, Kiehl’s since 1851, Cache, Bebe, Lette, Macarons, Sephora, Kate Spade, Victoria Secrets, H&M which combined two mall stores into one two story , and more that I haven’t named here. Make sure to stop by when you can!

L.I.C Second Annual Gathering

Labor day weekend started preparations for LIC’s second picnic. L.I.C which is short for Lovelies in Cali! The weather was beautiful, hot and sunny on Sunday. It was a perfect day for all of us to gather together with friends and have a lot of fun! We also had plenty of food from grilled salmon, baked potatoes, chicken, ribs, chicken links, macaroni, greens, rice, baked beans, fruits, chips and other selections. There was plenty of water, beverages, and alcohol. The music was going, spades games going up, people joking, laughing, taking pictures, selfies, hugs and great conversations! Some of us brought our kids. This was an all around awesome event, and we even met some new people who were invited. Here are some photos of our celebration
