As the saying goes mind your own, you live long. Your focus needs to be on yourself. I’m sure there are a whole list of things where your focus should be.

I learned to take this advice and it has been one of the things I live by. I mind my own business and am focused on doing things that make me happy. I love me!

Self-Hate

Today in church the message was about “stopping your self haters”. We can be our biggest hater. So critical of how we look, talk, our shapes, size, any and everything about us, that we don’t like. Which cause us to hate us. What we have to realize is God made us how he intended us to be. Learning to love yourself is everything. Self love goes a long way. Take some time out and love you. Take time to appreciate and be comfortable with you.

Memories….Happy Memorial Day!!!

My night began with me marinating food to put on the grill in the morning. I plan to have a fun filled day with my kids. We went to the grocery store earlier today. I had last minute stuff to buy. I love holiday time. It’s a time to make more memories with my kiddos. I get real festive around the house. I turn my music on and began cooking really early in the morning. They all wake up to the smell of my food. My little helpers Buttercups and Princess will hurry shower and dress to come help me! Well I need to get some rest. But I want to Salute all of you men and women that have served and protected our country. God Bless and Have a Safe Fun Memorial Day! Peace!

Spending Time….

I absolutely love spending time with family and close friends who bring out the best in me. Nothing could make me happier. We went to visit my dad’s new place, and it was a great surprise that a lot of my brothers and sisters were over. I had the chance to talk with them and catch up on some stuff going on in my life and theirs. We watched a few reality shows, while my new little niece chased my dad’s cat Lucy. Aliyah is adorable by the way. I really enjoyed myself! We laughed, joked, and walked each other out saying our good byes. I look forward to organizing some fun stuff for my family this summer! I want my kids to have Great memories with their family.

Sometimes we have things that are placed in our lives that are there for us to accomplish or get through. We have to remember that it don’t always happen right when we think it should. It takes Hard Work and Growth to get there in some cases. In that we have to remember that God placed it there for a reason, and it is up to us to keep our Faith and not lose sight. Patience goes a long way. It is frustrating at times but as stated before it’s a Time for Everything to Happen. In God’s Time is Always the Best Time…

Knowing When To Let Go…

For me when I started to let go of toxic people in my life. It showed me who was really in my corner and honestly wanted the best for me. I felt like years of unnecessary burden had been lifted. So my advice, that I’m still taking, is to take some time and make necessary changes and adjustments in your life. Keep yourself involved with positive people. Keep God close and Stay Prayed up! I continuously pray and ask God for Wisdom, guidance, and strength.
