Everyday I have been doing things to reach my goal. What has been hard for me is to not take on too many different things and projects at once. Yes I multitask, and eventually gets everything done, but after having anxiety and stress kick in.
So now I take the time to write things out and plan them, so that I can not lose my focus on getting the most important things done first. This also helps me to remember those details that I might miss in between. I deal with my stress and anxiety by journaling and writing. Life can get busy for us and we forget to focus on ourselves also. So take time to slow down at times. Take some time out for yourself and avoid stressful situations as much as you can….Listening to:
Hi Everyone! This semester I decided to take 13 units along with working and also with my parenting duties to my younger kids. In my mind I’m like I got this, all I need is a routine that stays the same. Well so far things are going ok, but not without some stress lol.
My focus is also on some other goals that I’m am going to meet by the end of this year. Every year I give myself some new goals that I work towards achieving. This gives me something to look forward to complete and move into the new year with a fresh start on new goals.
So I’m sure by mid terms which are coming up I will have some more interesting things to share here.
I have began some new goals that will continue into the new year. I’m also eliminating some things that is not contributing to anything positive for me. I’m looking forward to everything new that I accomplish. I will share here also.
